SHIPPING

Most in-stock orders are delivered within 10-14 business days, unless otherwise stated. Please allow additional time for orders placed during the holiday season. If the item is made to order plesae take into consideration the production time.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refund , credit or replacement  will not be granted unless the product was damaged, or the product does not match the fulfillment information.

In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph, a brief explanation of the problem, and your order number to kenza.iatridespro@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing.

 

EXCHANGES

 Items can be replaced if they are defective or damaged due to an error. If you need to exchange your item for the same item but a different size, send me an email with your order number at for kenza.iatridespro@gmail.com further instructions. If not defective or damaged you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To avoid sizing issues you can also leave a note with your personal measurements when placing your order.

Customs can apply if you are based oustide of the EU please refer to your onw country custom policies. To avoid additonal fees you can leave a note when placing your order.
