1. ORDERING ONLINE

 

1.1 Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

I recommend that you set up an account to place your order, but it is not mandatory. However, if you set up an account, you can easily track your order and save your details for quicker checkouts in the future.

1.2 How will I kow if you received my order?

Once you have placed an order with me, you will receive an order confirmation to your registered email address. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact me through the contact form.

 

2. shipping and delivery

 

2.1 Where do you ship to?

I deliver everywhere in EU, UK, US and Switzerland. At the checkout page, you will be able to choose your shipping country.

You can make a request in the contact form for worlwide shipping.

2.2 How long does it take for my order to arrive?

After receiving your order, it will take 1-2 working days to process. If the items is made to order they will be an additional production time. Once the shipment has been dispatched, it will take 4 to 12 business days depending on the country of destination.

3. Payements

3.1 What payement method do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Ideal are accepted.

If none of the payement method above work orders can be processed through Invoice and transfered, you can make a request in the contact form.

 

4. Returns and exchanges

 

4.1 How do I return or exchange an item?

In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph, a brief explanation of the problem, and your order number to kenza.iatridespro@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing.
