When contacting me state the type of custom made you are looking for and provide photos/names of the item to be customed.

1. PRICES
Keep in mind prices will be discussed and confirmed through the all process.
I will most likely refuse custom made orders below 100€.
1.1 I want another size
-If you like an item but you can't find your size, if it's MADE TO ORDER you can send me your measurements,
The price we'll stay the same but they might be the extra cost of material sourcing (ranging from 5€ to 20€ depending on the difficulty)
-It's an EXCLUSIVE ITEM, since they are made from limited material it is impossible to create the exact same but similar items can be found

1.2 I want another color
-If you like an item but you wish for another color for either the fabric or the print. The price will be the one of the original piece plus the extra cost of material sourcing. There is no fixed price, this will depend in what your are looking for, you can however provide a range budget so we can figure out the most fitted solution
1.3 I want a different shape/design
-If you want to design a completely new shape. Please provide as least two pictures of my own design and two of shape inspiration/example.
There is no fixed price cost will be calculated on the time of work and cost of materials. You can however provide a range budget so we can figure out the most fitted solution.
2. Payments

3.1 How do I pay my custom made order?
Custom made will be processed through Invoice once you've confirmed your order I will send a custom link to your email where you can pay via Visa, Mastercard,American Express, Ideal or transfer.
4. Returns and exchanges
4.1 How do I return or exchange an custom made item?
In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph, a brief explanation of the problem, and your order number to kenza.iatridespro@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing.
